Day 1 of the Calorie Counting Me!

Today went relatively well! I thought it would be horrible to not eat as much as I am used to, but surprisingly it isn't! This is what I consumed today:

Breakfast: 4 hard boiled eggs-312 calories
Lunch: 2 beef and bean burritos-600 calories
Dinner: Cornish Hen with Lemon Pepper seasoned White Rice- I didn't eat much...but from what I added up it was around 200 calories.
Snacks- Laughing Cow garlic and herb cheese and crackers.-Didn't get to count calories on this because the husband wasn't letting me....so hopefully it wasn't to bad, I only had a couple!

Lunch was not what I would normally eat...I don't like bean burritos, but we don't go grocery shopping until tomorrow, which is when I will be purchasing healthy foods! If anyone has any tips/advice or ideas please let me know!!! Also, I will be doing a picture of my weight now to post pretty soon, I need one for my own reference as well...but I really just haven't gotten the nerve to have my husband point the camera at my basically naked, flabby body! I will soon though!
